The Stampin’ Up! Card Template #4 can be found in the Annual Catalog on page 22 along with quite a few others. These templates are there to help you come up with ideas to create your own cards with the products you already have. It is so fun and yet challenging to see what one can come up with using the same template. See below for card samples, measurements, and products used.

I don’t have the Take to the Sky stamps or dies, just the Designer Series Paper (DSP); but I was able to make both of these fabulous cards without the stamps or dies. I cut the 3″ x 4″ panels directly from the DSP, (see top left picture on page 37 in the Annual Catalog). In the 2nd picture, I fussy cut 3 of the airplanes from the DSP. I also used the Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder on both cards.

The stamp set, Frosted Forest Bundle is quickly becoming one of my favorites. It is an On-line Exclusive which means it is not in any catalog. There are 6 masks, 3 for the regular tree and 3 for the Christmas trees. So much fun to play with. I did use the Timber 3D Embossing Folder on the front white panel for both cards. In the 4th card, I moved the greeting to the top of the card so that more of the trees would show. But, that’s the idea behind the templates. They are suggestions and you are welcome to change them to fit your specific card.
The measurements are the same for each card shown above.
Measurements:
- Card base 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″
- Basic White card stock 2 @ 4″ x 5-1/4″, 7/8″ x 3″ greeting
- Card stock or DSP 3″ x 4″

Product ListI did use the “Oceanfront” stamp set to make the grass on the 3rd card. Unfortunately, it is a retired stamp set but you could use any other stamp set that had something that mimicked grass.
All four of these cards were so much fun to make. I especially love how the last card that says Merry Christmas turned out. I may even decide to make this one my Christmas card for the year. It’s fun to add your own creative aspect to the Stampin’ Up! card template #4.
I hope you will give this template a try with whatever products you have on hand. Drop me a comment as to which one is your favorite and if you decide to try this card, take a picture of it and add it to the comment section. If you need a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, I’d love to help you with all your creative needs.
Thank you
