Using template #9 from Stampin' Up! this card is quick, easy and can fit any occasion.

Template #9 is an easy template to follow. I only used various card stocks, no Designer Series Paper (DSP) to make these cards. The template shows 10 strips so I tried 1/2″ and found they were the perfect size. I cut each of them to 3-1/2″ long. In the first card, I followed the template …
