The background on this card was created using the Pearlized Enamel Effects Basics – white.

The Bistro Burger bundle is perfect for this card.
I created the flames by using Real Red, Cajun Craze and Crushed Curry and blending these colors together, then the image was die cut from the Bistro Burger bundle

Each of these cards were fun to make. To make the banner, I make a ‘tic’ mark at the 1-1/4″ mark (which is the center point of the 2-1/2″ width) along the bottom. At the ‘tic’ mark, I cut up about 1/2″ and then cut from the bottom left to the center cut, and then cut from the bottom right to the center cut and my banner was done! No die needed!

The first card is made using Designer Series Paper laid over the top of the front of the card base. This DSP is called the Autumn Expressions and is found in the newly released Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog. The banner is also made with the DSP, I just used the back side of the paper.

Adding the Pearlized Enamel Effects to the 2nd card gave it an entirely different look. Make sure you let the Enamel Effects dry completely before putting the card in the envelope. It doesn’t take too long but if you can touch it and some appears on your fingers, it’s not dry enough.

For the 3rd and final card, I did not use an embossing folder but created my own using the Simply Scored Tool. With the 4″ side at the top, I scored at the 1/2″ mark, scored at the 5/8″ mark, scored at the 1-1/2″ mark, the 1-5/8″ mark, 2-1/2″ mark, the 2-5/8″ mark, the 3-1/2″ mark and the 3-5/8″ mark. I turned the Crumb Cake card stock landscape and repeated this exact pattern all the way across. I was impressed with how well the embossing turned out.
